Exiger Government Solutions’ (EGS) Delivery Team is seeking Analysts to research, analyze, and produce timely and accurate assessment of third party and supply chain risk for government and defense industrial base customer. The role is US based and requires technical skills and the ability to effectively communicate verbally and in writing.

The candidate will gather, synthesize and analyze intelligence information related to force protection, counterterrorism, counterintelligence, supply chain, CFIUS, people vetting, and other areas in support of the assigned account. The candidate will explore new data sources, create effective queries, and combine information from disparate sources to help the customer understand their mission environment. The candidate will also serve as a member of a team of analysts in support a customer's operational requirements. In this role, he or she will be mentor junior analysts in researching, monitoring and analyzing intelligence data and making recommendations based on that data. The candidate will perform searches for information and identify potential adverse information using Exiger’s artificial intelligence document review platform. The ideal candidate will have a passion for collaborative problem solving, highly skilled in utilizing DDIQ, and the ability to develop an expert knowledge of the customer's priorities. The successful candidate must be an energetic professional who will advocate for the company and be able to establish and maintain strong customer and internal relationships.

This full time position position is available for candidates in the surrounding Richmond, Virginia area. 

What You’ll Do:

• Deliver analytical support to achieve customer satisfaction
• Perform analytical research to identify additional seed data, potential gaps and adverse information
• Prepare presentations and quantitative exhibits on the project scope and findings
• Assess accuracy of information collected by Exiger’s artificial intelligence document review platform
• Work independently to meet mission requirements with minimal guidance
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Ability to multi-task and work in diverse teams
• Lead by example
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude with the customer

What You Need:

• Must be a U.S. citizen
• Strong analytical skills
• 0-2 years of experience managing risk for U.S. government spending programs focused on advanced technology
• Extensive experience using analytical research and/or industry tools to manage and analyze data
• At least intermediate-level skills using data tools such as Excel and/or SQL, Python, etc., as well as experience in data visualization tools and techniques
• Ability and confidence to draw high-level assessments from research and data
• Ability to write and speak clearly to brief complex analytical matters to all levels
• Ability and desire to learn and master the tools relevant to Exiger’s capabilities
• Strong organizational skills, including ability to prioritize and work under pressure
• Strong interpersonal skills with effective and positive leadership qualities
• Ability to evaluate relevant material as to its importance, and extracts data pertaining to the assigned subject matter. Draws conclusions from his/her analysis.
• Ability to conduct open-source research and pull information from large data sets.
• Ability to develop an understanding of customer’s missions and priorities.
• Ability to develop an understanding of domains relevant to Exiger’s capabilities.
