Analyst II, Financial Data Compliance

MIS, a ReSource Pro company, is seeking a talented and motivated Analyst II to assist with the maintenance of long term, detailed and accurate financial records on behalf of MIS’ clients and submitting data reports to various regulatory bodies including NCCI and state regulators. This role works with large amounts of complex data, helping to assure it is captured, stored, maintained, and retrieved accurately and timely.

This role is based 100% in person at the MIS office in Maitland, FL.

After 3 months you will...

• Assist with ensuring that accurate financial transaction records are kept and stored. Contribute to the management of various complex databases and data feeds to ensure accurate data is collected, stored, and retrieved.
• Performs financial data call services on behalf of clients. Submits a variety of highly complex financial reports accurately and timely to NCCI and state insurance regulatory bodies. 
• Performs a variety of ad-hoc financial data reporting requests on behalf of MIS clients.

What you need to be successful...

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 1-3 years' experience in data management and reporting and/or data analysis
• Intermediate Excel knowledge (formulas, pivot tables, Xlookup)
• Experience with a coding language, SQL highly preferred
• Extreme thoroughness and attention to detail, and ability to consistently meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
