The Analyst, Product Line Management will help drive the global Texture Portfolio by identifying insights into product performance, costing and markets. Collaborates with organizational centers of excellence to enhance portfolio analyses.
As part of a global team, this role contributes to the realization of Ingredion’s Winning Aspiration to be the customer-preferred texturizing and healthful solutions supplier and thought leader through our broad portfolio, extensive customer insight and market-leading cost-in-use position that addresses consumer expectations spanning affordability, premiumization and/or clean label requirements.
The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with strong analytical, project management and communication skills who is comfortable navigating & collaborating in a global matrix organization.
Core Responsibilities:
- Lead analyst for US/CA and supporting analyst for Global Hydrocolloids and EMEA regions in support of comprehensive Texture Solutions Food products.
- Leverages internal and external data sources to support portfolio strategies and monitor performance.
- Providing a consolidated view of the Portfolio performance through data analytics, working closely with geographies to ensure alignment of strategic targets and plans.
- Provide analysis to support regional S&OP projects to align global portfolios.
- Collaborates internally to develop new models and dashboards to provide product and portfolio insights to support Texture Portfolio decision-making.Â
- Support global process/systems for customer intelligence (e.g., share of wallet & opportunities analysis) on assigned product categories.
- Ad hoc reporting as needed
Qualified candidates will have:
Mandatory requirements: (keep it up to 7 max)
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, International Business, Data Analytics, or Supply Chain. MBA preferred.
- Relevant experience in business analysis, pricing or project management, ideally in the food & beverage industry
- Strong Financial, analytical, data visualization, and communications skills required
- English fluency, both written and spoken
Desirable requirements: (consider skipping whenever possible)
- Experience building PowerBI dashboards
- Experience with SAP BW (Bex) and SAP Analytics
