Analyst Relations Specialist (Market/Competitive Intelligence)

Job Description: 

INSIGHTS AND DATA INTELLIGENCE: 

• Collect, analyze, validate and share market and industry competitive insights and intelligence data to inform ESET’s strategic business and marketing decision making. 
• In cooperation with other internal stakeholders, collect, analyze and validate internal business intelligence data. Provide relevant business intelligence data for Analyst Relations activities
• Be a key link between external environment and internal stakeholders, provide market and product insights to inform and support business strategy and product roadmap.
• Translate analyst reports and test results into consumable information that can be used by the Global Marketing Team.

​AR STRATEGY/AR RELATIONSHIPS: 

• Develop and maintain positive relationships with key analysts and industry influencers
• Develop and maintain positive relationships with internal stakeholders 
• Respond to analyst requests for information and coordinate an impactful response working closely with internal subject matter experts

​CONTENT: 

• Successfully prepare product demos, product & technology oriented briefing decks and product related content for business, marketing and PR purposes

Requirements: 

Must Haves: 

• Master’s degree in Technology (IT or Software Engineering) or Financial (Business Intelligence, Accounting, etc.) area 
• Minimum 4-5 years of experience gained either in Competitive Intelligence or Market Intelligence/Business Intelligence role, product marketing or PR (ideally technology field). 
• Excellent English (C1 level) 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skill 
• Strategic, analytical thinker 
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage numerous concurrent deadline-driven projects while keeping positive attitude and maintaining composure 
• Experience with analyzing & contextualizing complex information from diverse sources into simple & understandable reports & presentations 
• Expert level & active usage of PowerPoint, Excel, Jira and BI tools

Nice to have:  

• Experience from global Technology/Software company 
• Knowledge of industry analyst landscape (Gartner, Forrester, IDC, analyst house Omdia, Radicati, ESG, Frost & Sullivan) 
• Knowledge of cybersecurity space (endpoint protection platforms, XDR, managed detection response sevices, threat intelligence, cloud security, etc) 

Basic wage component (gross): from 2500 EUR 

• The final basic wage component can be adjusted accordingly to individual skills and experience of selected candidate.
• Financial bonus based on performance paid twice a year up to 10% from the base salary paid during the evaluation period (normally 6 months).
