Job Description
- Customs part
- Ensure Customs compliance with relevant policies/regulations, procedures, and practices in China; Provides the compliance consultant& training to R&D, Service dep (key engineering, sales and operational personnel) with the China and the Regional as a whole.
- Master knowledge of state's Tariff Classification, Valuation and local regulations and industry practices ; Ensure database integrity related to tariff classification, country of origin, and value information declared to Customs authorities;
- Manage Customs Brokerage processes, drive continuous process improvement and lead-time reduction, establish and monitor service provider performance against clearly defined KPIs;
- Liaise with internal and external managers in support of international trade activities.
- Complete FAP for China Customs Clearance billing, to achieve cost saving target and check all the delivery cost by complying with company policy
- Digitize Customs Clearance with implementation of Integration point.

- International transport management part:
- Manage government authorities, include Customs and import/export related agency; manage import/export activities to ensure proper and timely physical shipments and information flow for all Schneider China businesses.
- Take leading of international transport agency performance and capability management in daily operation against clearly defined KPIs, daily operation issue resolution, drive continuous improvement
- Complete FAP for international transport billing, to achieve cost saving target with continuous process improvement(such as transport mode optimization, loading factor improvement, forecast accuracy management etc.)
- Coordinate with other team members to provide best customer service/transport service to customers in all respects, which include, but not limit to, arrange the shipments pass the Customs formalities, shipments in-transit tracking, problems solving, communication with internal or oversea planning team etc.
Qualifications
- Bachelor degree with 5+ years ' experience in International or Customs
- Good at both written and oral English
- Good communication skills
- Knowledge on SAP system is preferred.
