Appian Analyst

Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Appian Analyst to join our dynamic team. As an Appian Analyst, you will play a crucial role in analyzing, designing, and implementing business processes using the Appian Low-Code Automation platform. This role requires a deep understanding of business processes, excellent analytical skills, and proficiency in Appian development.

Responsibilities:

Requirement Analysis:

• Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements for business processes.
• Translate business requirements into technical specifications for Appian solutions.

Appian Development:

• Design, develop, and implement Appian solutions to automate and optimize business processes.
• Utilize Appian Low-Code Automation platform to create efficient and scalable solutions.

Testing and Quality Assurance:

• Support testing of Appian applications to ensure functionality and performance meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with quality assurance teams to address and resolve any issues identified during testing.

Documentation:

• Create comprehensive documentation for Appian solutions, including technical specifications, test plans, and user guides.
• Maintain documentation to ensure accuracy and relevance.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, developers, and project managers, to ensure successful delivery of Appian solutions.
• Provide technical expertise and guidance to team members.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience in Appian development and implementation.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.

Preferred Skills:

• Appian Level 1 or Level 2 certification OR Appian Certified Analyst certification.
• Experience in integrating Appian with other enterprise systems.
• Familiarity with database systems and SQL.
• FHIR experience.
• Experience with US Health Care Payor systems implementations.
