Lead Development Manager
The Lead Development Manager is responsible for managing the analysis, programming and configuration of IT Systems Software. This job advises developers on best methods of software development and code creation. Working with the leadership team, this job provides project leadership for software development activities.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Manages performance of team through regular, timely feedback as well as the formal performance review process to ensure delivery of exceptional products and engagement, motivation and development of team.
- Monitors development work to make sure resulting software meets established goals.
- Manages the identification of business needs, conducts requirements gathering, and defines scope and objectives for the IT System.
- Manages the configuration, customization, diagnosis and enhancements of operating systems software.
- Advises the development and implementation of new products, processes and operational plans.
- Oversees training of users on new or modified software.
- Bachelor's Degree Required

The role will work with our product and engineering teams to identify and understand requirements and put in place a formal structure for Salesforce CRM, Sales Reporting & Analytics solutions to meet day to day and future enterprise needs.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and own the architecture of end-to-end solution of Salesforce CRM, Marketing Cloud & Data Integration solutions
- Oversee the technical aspects of the projects, including architecture design, development, testing and deployment.
- Expert in SFDC architectural concepts & developing custom solutions on the force.com platform leveraging Lightning, Apex, Visual Force, APIs & Talend Integrations.
- Ability to define the system landscape, to identify gaps between current and desired end-states
- Perform code reviews to ensure team deliverables are vetted against best practices.
- Work with enterprise architecture team to define technical development and release management guidelines for Salesforce applications using DevOps and CI.CD processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, analyst, developers to ensure alignment with business goals.
Preferred :
- A background as an engineer primarily experienced with Sales & Marketing Technology platforms (Salesforce - Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, FSC, SalesPage, AEM, Sitecore, Snowflake, Talend, Demandbase etc.)
- Implements strategies and activities to deliver solutions requiring integration of multiple platforms, operating systems and applications across the enterprise.
- Develop an understanding of strategic business needs and provides insight and recommendations to program leadership for technological solutions to meet business objectives.
- Recommend Salesforce.com integration strategies with different systems including working use of leading integration tools.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and emerging technologies related to Salesforce CRM, Marketing Cloud, Tableau, TabCRM, CDP, AWS & Snowflake & access their potential for enhancing the processes

Base Pay Range: $146,700/yr. - $184,200/yr.
Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
