Applications Developer II - ServiceNow_WSD

About the Role

As an WSD application developer on the UberHub team, you will lead the conceptualization, design, development, implementation, and maintenance of new and existing features for the ServiceNow implementation, specifically focused on Workplace Service Delivery (WSD). This includes Indoor Mapping, Space Mapping, Case Management, Visitor Management and beyond.

What the Candidate Will Need / Bonus Points

1. Manage and maintain ServiceNow WSD modules: Reservation Management, Case Management, Visitor Management, Calendar Synchronization, Indoor Mapping, Space Mapping, Space Management, and Move Management.
2. Oversee workplace service delivery operations, ensuring efficient space reservations, case handling, visitor coordination, scheduling, indoor navigation, space allocation, and move management.
3. Lead and manage workplace service delivery projects, ensuring timely and within-budget completion.
4. Integrate ServiceNow reservations with employee calendars (e.g., Outlook, Google Calendar) to ensure consistency.
5. Manage and update indoor maps within ServiceNow for easy employee navigation.
6. Analyze service delivery data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement, generating reports and dashboards.
7. Provide user support and training for ServiceNow functionalities.
8. Implement continuous improvement initiatives and stay updated with industry trends and advancements.
9. Facilitate and lead data migration activities from legacy systems to ServiceNow, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
10. Collaborate with Solutions Architects and Business Analysts to understand business outcomes and functional requirements, translating them into effective ServiceNow solution designs.
11. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement ServiceNow solutions aligned with requirements and industry best practices.
12. Coordinate effectively with project managers, stakeholders, and teams, ensuring seamless project execution and communication.

---- Basic Qualifications ----

1. Proven extensive hands-on relevant experience of 4-6 years in ServiceNow WSD ( workplace Service Delivery ) Must have ServiceNow Certified Application Developer certification.
2. Deep understanding of Workplace Delivery business processes along with Physical security workflows
3. Strong technical skills, including integrations, scripting, workflow configuration, Service Portals and business rule development
4. In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow platform capabilities, modules, and best practices.
5. Proficiency in scripting languages (JavaScript, Glide Script) and other relevant languages
