We currently have an AR Analyst opening based out of our Hyderabad office. This position will report to our AR Team Lead.  

What would you do, if hired?   

• Manage accounts receivables, including customer calls, emails, cash application and account reconciliation.
• Collaborate directly with customers to resolve outstanding balances and issues such as Credit Memos, Unapplied or Misapplied Payments, and Deductions.
• Monitor outstanding balances and follow up with clients regarding overdue payments.
• Prepare and distribute regular reports on accounts receivable status and aging analysis.
• Assist with month-end close activities and support financial audits as needed.
• Collaborate with other departments, such as sales and customer service, to address customer inquiries and resolve billing disputes.
• Posting journals like bank charges
• Prioritize delivering a superior customer experience.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and regulations related to accounts receivable processes.

Who are we looking for?

• Accounting professional with a minimum of 2-3 years experience (SaaS industry is a plus)
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or equivalent major
• Strong solid knowledge of Order to cash & Account receivables
• Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and work collaboratively  
• Exceptional time-management skills with meticulous attention to detail
• Self-starter that can operate independently with general direction and take appropriate action
• Proven track record of handling multiple customers and meeting deadlines
• Outstanding oral communication, analytical and written skills
• Experience with NetSuite, salesforce & third party portals is a plus.
• Advanced knowledge of G-Suite and MS Excel
