Architect

As an Architect at Southeast Toyota Finance, you will lead the technical aspects of complex projects. You will plan and design robust, scalable, and safe product architectures from beginning to end. This role involves translating business and technical requirements into comprehensive architectural solutions and collaborating with various teams.

Responsibilities:

• Design, document, and review technology solutions aligning with business and IT needs
• Lead cross-functional technical resources to deliver desired outcomes
• Develop and document frameworks for integration and implementation
• Ensure solutions adhere to enterprise standards, reducing complexity and increasing reusability
• Recommend methods to enhance tech support and boost performance
• Translate technical problems into business terms for various audiences
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure successful end-to-end delivery and production releases
• Identify risks, anticipate bottlenecks, and provide escalation management
• Oversee the creation of financial estimates and realization of solution architecture
• Contribute to and participate in Architecture Governance Processes
• Deliver platform solutions, develop roadmaps, and recommend remediation for lifecycle impacts and technical debt
• Handle security systems, implement security measures, and recommend improvements for security practices

Qualifications:

• Expertise in software architecture and solution delivery.
• Extensive knowledge of SaaS, PaaS, IaaS, SOA, APIs, microservices, and event-driven IT.
• Must be well-versed in managing information, using agile methods, and comprehending the development and management of applications over time.
• Good communication and teamwork skills. Skilled at leading discussions and negotiating deals.
• Ability to mentor and provide technical training and management.
• Deep emotional intelligence for effective communication and change management.
• Expertise in security tools, cloud security platforms, network and application security, IAM, and cybersecurity.
• Experience with security solutions like Azure, MFA, and SAML Federation.
• Broad knowledge of technology and business operations, software design, application integration, and data integration.
• Knowledge of architectural patterns for micro-services, event-driven architecture, and domain-driven architecture.
• Knowledge with IT security and governance best practices, DevOps, and industry best practices for software architecture.
• Bachelor's degree and at least 15 years of professional experience.
• Experience with Salesforce solutions and integrations (Preferred).
• Salesforce certifications (Preferred).
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and standards (Preferred).
• TOGAF certification (Preferred).
• Experience in mobile development and/or design (Preferred).
• Automotive and/or Auto Warranty experience (Preferred).
• Extensive experience in data integration practices beyond ETL or ELTub (Preferred).
