Your Role and Responsibilities

As an IBM Application Architect, you directly help clients transform their business and solve complex problems. You will define the scope and vision for projects that deliver customized solutions using your knowledge of IBM platforms. You are a technical leader, serving as a liaison among business partners, technical resources, and project stakeholders.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Principais responsabilidades:

• Responsável pelo design, arquitetura e otimização de soluções no Salesforce Marketing Cloud, garantindo a integração e escalabilidade das campanhas de marketing digital. Este profissional irá realizar a implementação de jornadas de clientes personalizadas, fluxos de trabalho e integrações com outras plataformas, assegurando que as soluções atendam aos requisitos de negócios e técnicos.

Principais requisitos:

• Experiência em Salesforce Marketing Cloud: Domínio em módulos como Email Studio, Automation Studio, Journey Builder, Personalization e Contact Builder;
• Design e Arquitetura de Soluções: Habilidade para estruturar e implementar soluções complexas em Marketing Cloud, com foco em performance, escalabilidade e segurança;
• Integração de Sistemas: Experiência com integrações de Marketing Cloud com plataformas de CRM (como Salesforce CRM), APIs e Data Extensions;
• Desenvolvimento e Personalização: Conhecimento em AMPScript, SQL, JavaScript, e outras linguagens relevantes para customizar e otimizar campanhas.
