About the Role

We are looking for Assemblers to perform the duties described below for our plant in Spartanburg SC USA

Your Responsibilities

  • Assembles parts by operating machines or using manual methods in a safe manner to meet production goals.
  • Reads and follows all work instructions and standard operating procedures.
  • Ensures compliance with all safety and quality standards. Reports any deviations immediately.
  • Observes operation of machines and verify conformance of work piece to specifications and dimensions as well as visually inspect parts for non-conformance.
  • Trains other employees as needed.
  • Creates and maintains a safe and healthful work environment.
  • Responsible for 5S within the plant and daily housekeeping.
  • Performs other duties as assigned in order to meet the needs of the company.

Who we are looking for

  • Experience in automotive manufacturing a plus.
  • Knowledge of production assembly line processes is a plus.
  • Knowledge of metals is a plus.
  • Ability to work overtime as needed
  • Ability to stand on feet for at least 8 hours per day

Your preferred qualifications

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
