Job Posting for:Assistant Multifamily Construction Project Manager
We are currently seeking a multifamily assistant construction project manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the construction process, from initial planning and design to project completion.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong work ethic, significant practical experience in the construction industry, and a strong desire to learn and grow within a prominent construction company. In this role, you will assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of multifamily construction projects.
JOB DESCRIPTION
· Assist in the management of project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful completion of projects within established parameters.
· Participate in all phases of construction, from site preparation to final walk throughs.
· Coordinate and monitor subcontractors' work performance and ensure the timely completion of assigned tasks.
· Work closely with the project manager to ensure that all project communications, including schedules, meeting agendas, and work plans, are executed according to plan.
· Assist in managing change orders and work scope changes.
· Conduct safety inspections and ensure that all safety regulations and procedures are being followed.
· Maintain accurate and detailed project records and provide regular status reports to management.
QUALIFICATIONS
· High school diploma or GED required; associate or bachelor’s degree in construction management, engineering, or a related field is preferred.
· Minimum of 2 years of experience in the construction industry; experience in multifamily construction is a plus.
· Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and tools
· Ability to read construction drawings and blueprints.
· Excellent organizational and time management skills
· Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly in Excel and Word
Physical Demands:
The Multifamily Assistant Construction Project Manager may be required to stand, sit, walk, or climb for extended periods. They may also be required to work in inclement weather or in environments that are exposed to dust, dirt, or noise.
