Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manpower Handling and allocation for each stage
• Production planning monthly, weekly and daily as per customer requirements
• Entire control in the aspect of production and Quality.
• Material planning as per production plan to avoid line stoppages.
• Continuous improvement in terms of line balancing, error proofing , productivity ,quality, down time reduction and rejection control.
• Heading, Training, Motivating the Production team and thereby ensuring
• Conducting Quality Circle Meeting for Major Quality Issues.
• On job training for new peoples
• Encourage & involve people to work safely
• Resolve all work-related problems & support a congenial work atmosphere on the shop floor

Eligibility/Qualifications/ Experience :

• B.E. / B.Tech - Mechanical/Electrical
• Min 6 - 10 years' experience in W/H manufacturing Industry
