Are you ready to put your organizational skillsĀ  to the test as an exceptionally efficient and results driven member of our team of administrative support experts? This is the perfect opportunity to join our team as Assistant to the CRO & CFO and support our executive team!

We’re looking for someone with a keen sense of judgment, excellent communication skills, and a proactive approach to help executives balanceĀ  priorities, and adapt to urgent needs. Under the direct supervision of the CEO’s Executive Assistant, you will primarily assist theĀ  Chief Revenue Officer, while also providing some support to theĀ  Chief Financial Officer and collaborating with various members of the executive team and other assistants. You’ll also play a key role in organizing meetings and events, making each day a new challenge to tackle. Do you see yourself in this key role? As Assistant to the CRO & CFO, you will:Ā 

  • Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
  • Handle expense reports and reimbursements.
  • Assist in organizing team meetings and events.
  • Provide general administrative support to Executives.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external partners and customers.
  • Prepare documents, presentations, and reports as needed.

Here is what will qualify you for the role:

  • 3+ years of administrative assistance/support experience.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Exceptional efficiency and ability to prioritize in different contexts.
  • Discretion and experience working with confidential information.

What will make you stand out:

  • A postsecondary education or a bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, combined with a proactive and resourceful attitude, and solid judgment.
  • Experience with sales leaders or within a sales organization
  • Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM programs.
