As an Assistant Account Executive, you will be exposed to and build skills relative to three core areas of our operations: Account Engagement, Account Delivery, and Business Operations. This will be accomplished in support of the digital Account team.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING TO THE ORGANIZATION
This role will execute processes and procedures designed to support the execution of client deliverables within the digital channels, always ensuring that everything delivered follows specs, client needs, and timelines.

  • Work to understands the functions and processes across all functional teams
  • Work to develop productive and collaborative relationships with team and agency partners
  • Demonstrates the ability to manage details ensuring accuracy and responsiveness
  • Manage timelines, lead status calls, and track milestones of multiple projects at one time
  • Develops and maintains an active, positive, and productive working relationship with clients and internal collaborators
  • Develops a strong rapport with cross-functional teams to inspire trust, collaboration, and productivity within the agency and client partners
  • Coordinates and tracks projects through agency processes to ensure the highest level of execution and communication to internal stakeholders
  • Supports overall program objectives, expectations, and deliverable details
  • Monitors the deliverables of cross-functional teams to agreed-upon timelines
  • Manages the project approval process and communicates approvals to the team
  • Participates in internal and client meetings ensuring notes and takeaways are distributed
  • Develops and maintains working knowledge of client's business, industry, category, and marketing research
