We are seeking a talented Associate Creative Strategist to join our team.

Job description:

As part of our creative strategy team, you will assume a broad range of responsibilities to support client creative work including creative project management and creative strategy that drives culture building and employee engagement at some of the biggest companies and brands in the world.

Responsibilities and skills:

  • Assists the Creative Strategist with the development of overall project scope and estimates.
  • Assists the Creative Strategist with project initiation, discovery, creative strategy, creative development and delivery for each assigned client as needed.
  • Assists the Creative Strategist with client interactions (discoveries, creative presentations, feedback sessions and ongoing consulting).
  • Conducts research to help inform and develops creative strategy (briefs) and communication plans for clients.
  • Assists the Creative Strategist with the simultaneous management of many projects with varying requirements and complexity.
  • Helps to resolve problems and ensures clients receive high quality delivery and service.
  • Owns schedules, monitors project progress and deadlines.
  • Monitors and facilitates the work of design, copy and creative operations teams to meet the objectives and deadlines for each client project.
  • Developing skills in client relationship management.
  • Understanding of creative project management best practices, methodologies and principles.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Education and experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 1 -- 3 years of agency, email marketing, design firm, or relevant experience
  • Experience managing client relationships
