What you’ll do

  • Support a sales team of enterprise account executives across the US and EMEA.
  • Provide guidance throughout the quoting process and assist in communicating quote structures to prospective buyers using documented standard policies.
  • Collaborate seamlessly across departments, including Finance and Legal, to facilitate complex deals and expedite deal closing.
  • Directly manage the CPQ (Configure Price Quote) tool and continue to optimize how this tool is used by the Apollo team.
  • Provide concise deal summaries to executive stakeholders.
  • Maintain good Salesforce hygiene by reviewing opportunities before they are officially closed.
  • Assist in quarterly forecasting.
  • Throughout these activities, your goal is to increase deal velocity and maximize revenue through innovative deal structures.
  • Assist in other ad hoc revenue operations projects as needed.
