Job Description
The Hatcher Group is seeking an Associate to join our dynamic digital marketing and media strategy team. This pivotal role involves leading the monthly paid media reconciliation, managing the Digital Campaign Tracker and associated Monday.com boards, and overseeing the assessment, onboarding, and management of a Media Planning and Tracking Platform.Β Additionally, you will support the strategy and buildout of Tableau dashboards and produce monthly data reports. With a keen willingness to learn and understand digital and analytics best practices, you will be instrumental in realizing the Digital teamβs success while setting standards for operational excellence.
In this position, you will report directly to the Associate Director, Data and Analytics. Your role will be central to supporting data-driven decisions, assisting with digital campaign execution, developing dashboards, and supporting campaign reporting for our clients, which include nonprofit organizations, foundations, and government agencies. We anticipate our Associate will be proactive, innovative, and willing to roll up your sleeves and assist where needed.
At Hatcher, we are proud to maintain a 'flexible first' work culture. Candidates must live within a reasonable commuting distance to our Bethesda office for regular in-person collaboration. The target salary range for this position is $55,000 - $62,500 annually, commensurate with experience and internal equity.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage monthly paid media reconciliation processes.
- Own and maintain the Digital Campaign Tracker and associated Monday.com boards
- Assess, onboard, and manage a comprehensive Media Planning and Tracking Platform.
- Support the development and implementation of strategy for Tableau dashboard buildouts.
- Produce detailed monthly data reports for client review and strategy adjustment.
- Support paid digital campaigns as needed, including tracking, analysis, and reporting.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and optimization of digital strategies.
Minimum Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's degree plus employment and/or an internship with relevant digital, data and analytics experience, preferably in an agency setting.
- Understanding of digital analytics tools and platforms including Google Analytics, Tableau, and Google Data Studio.
- Experienced in project management with proficiency in using tools like Monday.com.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent analytical skills and a keen understanding of digital marketing metrics.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and Google Suite, particularly Excel or Google Sheets.
- Familiarity with SEO, SEMRUSH, and social listening tools such as TalkWalker.
- Strong communication skills and ability to interface directly with clients as needed
