As the Associate Director of Talent Acquisition for India at Cornerstone OnDemand, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our recruitment strategy and driving growth in our fastest growing talent hub. • Developing and executing a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy tailored to the unique needs of the India market.
• Leveraging data analytics to identify trends, optimize hiring processes, and improve recruitment efficiency. Constantly seeking service efficiencies through benchmarking, proactive forecasting, process improvements and problem solving mindset.
• Building strategic partnerships with local universities and organizations to enhance our employer brand and attract top talent.
• Crafting and implementing innovative strategies to enhance our Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB) initiatives, ensuring a diverse candidate pool and an inclusive workplace culture.

• Leading and mentoring a team of recruiters and schedulers, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Implementing innovative training programs for local interviewers to ensure a consistent and effective hiring process.
• Driving initiatives that promote diversity, equity, and inclusion within our recruitment efforts.

• Collaborating with cross-functional leaders to align talent acquisition goals with overall business objectives.
• Standardizing our internship program to create a pipeline of future talent and provide valuable experiences for interns.
• Regularly communicating recruitment progress and successes to stakeholders, celebrating wins, and identifying areas for growth.

• 10+ years of experience in talent acquisition, including at least 7 years leading high-performing teams in a high-growth product company, ideally managing a minimum of 500+ hires annually
• A track record of successfully leading teams that support all business functions, both technical and non-technical.
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate contrasting opinions backed by data and insights.
• Is proficient at market intelligence and developing analytics that can help with objective decision making. An innovative mindset, staying abreast of the latest in talent acquisition trends.
• A strong analytical mindset, capable of leveraging data to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement in recruitment processes.
• A collaborative spirit, with the ability to partner effectively with other areas of the People team to enhance overall HR initiatives.
• The ability to work autonomously, taking ownership of projects and driving them to completion with minimal oversight.
• A passion for fostering a positive candidate experience and promoting a strong employer brand.
• Knowledge of employment laws and regulations (India is a must, other regions would be an advantage)
• Familiarity with the SaaS industry and understanding of workforce agility trends is a plus.
