Position Summary:

This role is uniquely positioned to build out the future of management financial reporting and analysis for Voya. Working across business segments, the analyst will be provided a unique opportunity to master the flow of financial data across systems and enhance end-user experience through visualizations. As this project evolves, the analyst will be hands on developing future reporting metrics, KPI's, statistical analysis, and scenario models to support management decisions

Position Description:

• Work with Business Finance teams to document data requirements that support management reporting, profitability, and analytics
• Serve as the intermediary between the Business, Finance Systems, and IT teams to ensure alignment with Voya's data architecture
• Collaborate with Business Finance and Finance Systems with analyzing data processes, testing data quality, and integrating any new or existing finance data into Voya systems
• Work across Business Finance, Finance Systems, and IT teams to produce a business glossary and data dictionary in Collibra to enhance end-user experience
• Assist the Business to document and maintain finance data lineage as it pertains to financial management, analytics, and profitability reporting
• Assist the PMO with connecting interdependent deliverables as a finance business SME
• Assist Enterprise and Business Finance teams with visualization implementation in Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC)
• Support Business Finance with report wireframes, wireframe repline mappings, and report execution in OAC
• Build and maintain proficiency with Smart View across Oracle ERP, PCMCS, and EPBCS Cubes
• Cross train with process owner to develop as a modeler in Oracle EPBCS
• Assist Business Finance with data retrievals and analysis as necessary
• Build and maintain relationships across Business Finance, Finance Systems, and IT to establish trust and maintain credibility as an internal business consultant

Knowledge & Experience:

• BA degree in accounting or related field, or equivalent experience
• Good understanding of accounting principles
• PC skills (Microsoft Office)
• 3 - 5 years accounting and/or finance experience preferred
• Able to work both independently and in a team environment
• Solid communication skills

Colorado Residents Only: The salary range for Colorado residents is $63,650 to $84,860. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, geographic differentials, certifications, etc. In addition to the base salary, Voya offers incentive opportunities based on each role to reward achievement of annual performance objectives.
