Why this role is exciting:Implementation Engineers are responsible for learning impact.com’s technology and to assist with proposing and implementing technical solutions for our clients on the company’s SaaS platform. Working alongside the Onboarding, Customer Success, and Technical Services teams, this employee will manage the onboarding, validate client integrations, and serve to escalate development work if necessary.
This role reports to the APAC Manager of Implementation Engineering and Onboarding.
Responsibilities:- Lead technical conversations to scope and propose best solutions for clients’ business needs.
- Project manage and drive technical implementation of new and existing Impact clients.
- Communicate with clients' tech teams, guiding them on the implementation.
- Cooperate with CSM on technical integration key points and the project delivery timeline, ensuring clients onboarded smoothly
- Troubleshoot client issues as encountered during the onboarding process
- Keep up-to-date with Impact’s technology and industry updates.
- Other duties as assigned by the Company.

Does this sound like you?- 1+ years working in a tech-focused role at a digital marketing or technology company. Familiarity with the affiliate and/or digital marketing industry are a plus.
- Bachelor degree or above in computer science or information systems
- Excellent understanding of SaaS platforms, HTML, JavaScript, API and file transfer protocol. Technical knowledge of digital marketing solutions, eCommerce web, and mobile-app development are a plus.
- Previous experience of technical support. Previous experience onboarding Standard and Professional level accounts is preferred
- Fast learner willing to be out of their comfort zone
- Ability to communicate complex technical information to a non-technical audience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication in English. Other languages like Chinese or Bahasa Melayu are a plus.
