3rd shift: Sunday-Thursday 10:00 pm - 6:30 am, $29.20/hr + $1.50/hr shift premium

What you will do

Under moderate supervision set up and operate machinery and inspect machined components using precision measuring equipment while keeping production records and maintenance logs.

Responsibilities

• Will set up and perform frequent to regular tasks using standard procedures and various conventional and/or manual machine tools.
• Will work from engineering drawings and/or specifications.
• Will be required to comply with and maintain documentation and records.
• May determine tool offsets and load tooling into machinery at correct settings.
• May use precision measuring equipment to ensure components meet engineering specifications.
• Will assist maintenance personnel with routine maintenance.
• Will train others on operational and/or documentation procedures.

What you will need:

• High School Diploma required.
• 2+ years related Machining experience required.
• Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally, 50 pounds of force frequently, or 20 pounds of force constantly required.
• Ability to observe and correct minute inconsistencies (e.g. in the printed word, etc.) preferred.
• Ability to set up and operate complex equipment preferred.
• General understanding of GD&T preferred.
• Experience with Citizen L20 or DMG Mori NZX machines is a huge plus!
