The Opportunity  

The B2B event marketing team is looking for a strategic and detail-oriented Asso. Manager, to shape our event content for major industry events, including high-profile tradeshows, conferences and summits. This role is critical in crafting compelling narratives, developing high-impact keynote presentations, and producing diverse event content formats that elevate our brand presence and drive business growth. 

As a key player in the marketing, sales, and business development ecosystem, you will work closely with executives, regional sales teams, corporate PR, and strategy teams to ensure that our event messaging aligns with corporate objectives, resonates with target audiences, and delivers measurable outcomes. You’ll be responsible for event content management, from narrative development and speaker preparation to post-event content amplification.

Role Overview 

This role will be instrumental in shaping event content, requires close collaboration with sales, business development, corporate PR, and strategy teams to align event messaging with corporate priorities. With a strategic mindset and consulting background, you will play a key role in influencing how we communicate at major industry events and ensuring our brand stands out with impactful storytelling and high-quality content. 

 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Event Content Strategy: Define and execute content strategies for high-profile events, ensuring alignment with business goals and audience expectations. 
  • Executive-Level Keynotes & Presentations: Develop C-level speeches, panel discussion materials, and event presentations, ensuring messaging is clear, engaging, and tailored to each event. 
  • Speaker Preparation & Coaching: Support executives and sales leaders by crafting talking points, briefing documents, and conducting presentation coaching for strong on-stage delivery. 
  • Narrative & Messaging Development: Work with corporate PR and strategy teams to craft event narratives that align with our broader brand positioning, product messaging, and industry trends. 
  • Multi-Format Content Production: Oversee the creation of a range of event content formats, including whitepapers, brochures, digital assets, videos, interactive presentations, and social media materials. 
  • Sales & Business Development Alignment: Partner with regional sales and BD teams to ensure event content supports lead generation, pipeline acceleration, and customer engagement. 
  • Post-Event Content Amplification: Develop strategies to repurpose and extend event content across multiple channels (blogs, webinars, social media) to maximize reach and engagement. 
  • Stakeholder & Agency Management: Collaborate with external agencies, designers, and content creators to produce polished, high-quality event materials. 

 

Requirements 

  • B2B Content & Event Expertise: 5+ years of experience in event content development, strategic messaging, or executive communications, ideally in a B2B or consulting environment. 
  • Strategic & Consulting Mindset: Background in management consulting, corporate strategy, or communications, with a strong ability to develop high-level narratives for executive audiences. 
  • Native English Speaker: Exceptional writing and storytelling skills to craft compelling keynote speeches, panel discussions, and event collateral. 
  • Executive-Level Engagement: Experience working directly with C-suite executives, sales leaders, and industry spokespeople to develop and refine event messaging. 
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Proven ability to work across sales, BD, PR, and strategy teams, aligning messaging and ensuring a cohesive event presence. 
  • Content Production & Multi-Format Expertise: Hands-on experience managing diverse content types, including written, digital, video, and interactive presentations for event marketing. 
  • Performance & Impact Measurement: Ability to track and analyze audience engagement, speaker feedback, and lead generation impact, using insights to optimize future content strategies. 
  • Project & Stakeholder Management: Strong organizational skills to manage multiple events, stakeholders, and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
