Job Description
The Associate Marketing Manager for Apartments.com will support major marketing and communications initiatives related to marketing campaigns, promotions, social media, events, sales collateral, and reporting. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can work in a fast-paced and evolving marketing environment with excellent organizational, time-management, project management and follow-up skills. The Associate Marketing Manager reports directly to the Senior Director of Marketing.

Job Description
The Associate Marketing Manager for Apartments.com will support major marketing and communications initiatives related to marketing campaigns, promotions, social media, events, sales collateral, and reporting. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can work in a fast-paced and evolving marketing environment with excellent organizational, time-management, project management and follow-up skills. The Associate Marketing Manager reports directly to the Senior Director of Marketing.
Responsibilities, Duties & Qualifications:
- Coordinate marketing campaigns via execution and measurement of email, direct mail, and digital marketing
- Support social media activity by coordinating creative image and data needed
- Coordinate our on-site trade show and event presence and sales materials for select industry events
- Assist in brand and product marketing materials creation and maintenance, both by coordinating through creative team and by making basic updates to existing materials
- Develop and maintain sales collateral materials, reports, sales presentations, and intranet site
- Manage sourcing and fulfillment for promotional giveaway items
- Lead fulfillment of client and prospect marketing promotions
- Maintain team budget
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing or other relevant field
- 2-3 years of work experience in business, marketing communications or related professional area
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented and able to execute multiple projects at various stages of development
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
Computer Skills:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator)
- Pardot experience a plus
