Job Responsibilities :
You will be part of the dynamic Razer Global Marketing Team based in Singapore. We are looking for someone with attention to detail, good with numbers, flair in communication and an ability to juggle multiple tasks on hand to support the Global Marketing Operations

Responsible for the Marketing support to the Global Marketing Team to ensure effective and efficient operations

Assist with the timely update of Global Marketing budget dashboard for GMK, Divisions, and Regional OPEX

Prepares weekly high-level budget utilization report (budget versus spend)

Responsible for the timely update for all Regional Events update

Marketing support for the execution of RazerCon

Work closely with various stakeholder to ensure on time event deliverables, execution and the smooth running of RazerCon

Manage the Global Marketing product seeding requests and logistics support for key Global Marketing initiatives, i.e. PR, Social, Influencers, Events, etc

Work closely with various teams and stakeholders on product seedings, necessary approval, and timeline

Work closely with the logistics team on all shipping-related matters (shipping methods, tracking number, customs restriction, etc)

Maintain the product seeding tracker for ease of requisition and marketing seeding dashboard to track seeding
Pre-Requisites :
- Diploma in Business, Marketing or equivalent
- Minimum 3 year of experience in sales and marketing support
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 Business and other apps such as Microsoft OneDrive and Microsoft SharePoint for team collaboration
- Experience with Power BI is an added advantage
- Attention to details and good with numbers
- Analytical skills to interpret and prepare data
- Good Interpersonal skills to collaborate with global stakeholders
- Time management skills to take on multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Team oriented, ability to work in a matrix organization, effectively and autonomously
