The Operations, Planning, and Control (OPC) team at Northrop Grumman Mission Systems (NGMS) is looking for you to join our team as an Associate Manufacturing Analyst based out of Salt Lake City, UT.
What You'll get to Do:
- Supports production, business, and other processes in a team-based manufacturing environment.
- Performs activities in a variety of cross-functional areas including production planning and control, total quality management, systems, manufacturing, equipment and facilities engineering, material management, and process reengineering.
- The incumbent may facilitate self-directed work teams, provide training in core skill areas to teams and peers, and interact with internal and external customers with respect to product planning, problem resolution, and process improvement.
- Incumbents are generally experienced in one or more areas of manufacturing operations.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree in related field with 0 years experience; Associate's Degree in related field with 2 years experience or 4 years experience in related field in lieu of Degree.
- Functional understanding of Microsoft Office Products.
- Data Visualization Skills
- Strong work ethic.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excel - Formulas, Pivot Tables, Analytical Solver Tool pack
- SQL Experience
- Tableau Experience
- Prior Experience with SAP
- Experience with Production Control
Salary Range: $48,600.00 - $73,000.00
Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to basepay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results.Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO)for vacation and/orpersonal business.
