Job Requirements

• Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS)
• Preference given to Medical Doctor (MD) candidates
• Certificate in Oral Maxillofacial Surgery
• Board Certified or Board Eligible
• License/credentials applicable to the state of California
• CPR/BLS Certification
• Registration with DEA for controlled substances
