What youâll do
As Paid Influencer Marketing Associate, you will play a crucial role in engaging, educating and acquiring new Care/of customers by helping to manage our large network of paid influencer partners. Youâll contribute to the success of our highly visible, Paid Influencer acquisition channels (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Podcast) by owning logistics for all paid influencer activations. You will manage our content review and approval process, working closely with internal and external cross functional teams to ensure timely and optimized media deployment. Youâll regularly analyze campaign data to provide updates and insights to inform our strategy.Â
Key responsibilities:
- Own and optimize the operational processes in place to activate paid influencer talent
- Lead communications with external talent and agency partners, answering questions, providing updated direction on posting schedules and requirements, and escalating issues as needed.Â
- Manage the content review process, partnering with our internal Brand and Regulatory teams as well as external talent partners to ensure paid content is compliant with our guidelines and compelling to potential customers.Â
- Own reporting for our Paid Influencer channels, leveraging and reconciling data from both internal and external data sources. Support the team in analyzing and developing an action plan from this data.
- Take on ad hoc projects as needed (including those you might propose) to further improve our Paid Influencer program.

You will spend your time working in a hybrid working environment. You will be expected to work onsite at our Brooklyn, NY based office 2-3x/month with the option to work remotely the remainder of the time.
Who you are
You have 1+ years of experience in marketing with an interest in influencer marketing and a passion for contributing to the growth of our business in an impactful, tangible way. This role requires both a qualitative brand marketing mindset and the ability to quantitatively assess talent and channel-level performance.Â

Nice to have:
- Proficiency in Excel
- Experience in growth marketing, social media marketing, and/or influencer marketing

Salary & Bonus:
NYC Metro-Area Salary Range: $60,000-65,000*
Role Level: 1
Your compensation for this role will be based on how your experience aligns with our internal role-leveling, and our internal pay equity standards.
You will be eligible to participate in our Annual Incentive Plan (AIP) which is a cash bonus. Our AIP rewards the achievement of both annual company and annual individual performance objectives. Each employeeâs target opportunity for an annual incentive award is a percentage of base salary and varies per role level.
*We have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in other locations.
