About the team:

You will be working with the product teams working on building AI features and differentiatiors using cutting edge tech for Goodnotes. You will be working with a group of extremely talented people who are passionate about AI productivity and their craft.

About the role:

This is the role for you if you’re excited to work on the things listed below:

• Build and own the Roadmap and Vision for AI features for Goodnotes (focus on note-taking and learning).

• Work closely with cross-functional collaborators in defining and measuring success of ideas and features.

• Collaborate with the team on prioritizing goals and deliverables that will have the greatest user and business impact.

• Define execute and evaluate feature releases so that the team knows why how when and what we needs to be delivered

• Generate insights from data and user research and using this to iterate so that we can make decisions on priority scope requirements and direction with confidence

• Align with Stakeholders share regular updates and stay up-to-date with the latest user feedback and metrics.

• Help put in place good product processes and contribute to building a strong product culture at Goodnotes

The skills you will need to be successful in the above:

• Strong track record of shaping and shipping meaningful products with end to end ownership

• Experience looking at data and analytics and using this to inform on product decisions

• Strong UX and data experimentation skills

• Ability to work with vague ideas and criteria and being able to turn this into concrete roadmaps/vision

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder manager skills.

• Experience working on an editor of some sort (canvas text editor etc)

• Passion for productivity tools

• Experience building AI features is a plus

The interview process:

• A call with the AI product teams’ engineer lead

• A meet the team call with 2 or 3 GoodPeople you’d be working closely with at Goodnotes
