About the role
Reporting to our Manager of North American Project Management Office, the Associate Project Manager will be responsible for working closely with the Sales Executives, Strategic Consultants, Solution Architects, Software Engineers and Data Engineers to understand customer requirements and provide expertise to define and develop appropriate solutions while managing expectations to deliver an incredible customer experience. The Associate Project Manager is a key position within the Professional Services organization, leading the implementation experience for many of Bullhorn’s North America customers. The APM acts with integrity, leads by example and serves as a POC during the engagement to ensure the appropriate resources and controls are in place for successful planning and execution.

Managing multiple projects for a single client or juggling projects for multiple clients and partnering with internal teams to identify and drive key business objectives

Leading the project planning activities; Managing the project schedule and critical path

Proactively managing risks and issues and actively managing the project budget
-
Providing status reports to clients and Bullhorn leadership on the current status of the projects in your portfolio
-
Collaborating with your project team members and the extended Bullhorn team
-
Supporting a senior project manager on an enterprise project or initiative

Support the Global PMO, as required

This role is a fit for you if...

You have a proven track record of 1-2 years of managing SAAS implementations or have a college degree in Project ManagementÂ

You aren’t afraid to take risks and learn from mistakes.

You love collaborating with your team, client and partners.

You are familiar with the methodologies as described in PMBOK and are a member of the Project Management InstituteÂ
-
You have a proven track record of successfully delivering projects on-time, within budget, with high quality and with consistently high customer satisfaction scores.Â
Bonus Points for…

Staffing industry experience and knowledge of associated applications

Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification (or other PM certifications)

Prior experience working within a Professional Services organization

Experience with multiple development methodologies (e.g., waterfall, agile, iterative/hybrid, etc.)
