Associate Sales Support Specialist

Supports sales representatives in administrative areas. May be responsible for customer administrative support, such as order fulfillment.

Supports sales representatives in administrative areas. May be responsible for customer administrative support, such as order fulfillment.

Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:

Credit Management

• Order release - Ensure that all orders for that month are released / ok

Past due handling - Ensure no past due for all distributor accounts / ok

Management Reporting

• Past Due Update - Update DM on a monthly performance with zero Past Due 

Supply Chain 

• D2D tracking update - Files in D2D tracking pertains to D2D delivery only as reference for printing of invoice.

• Coordinate with SC once Order release

• Advance to Process(ATP check) - If products readily to delivery requires an ATP check.

Admin

• SOA Update - Provide an update to BC's and DBR on account status

• Compliance:

Managed STARS request

Managed sending CTREX update/request from the team

Managed contract requirement for Indirect and Direct channel

Managed mobile inquiry for Indirect and Sales Support team

Managed DRIVE:O migration for FINISHED LUBRICANTS folders

• Ariba - Managed procuring stuff for Indirect and Sales Support Group

• Give-aways - Ship/send to DBR as birthday present

Qualifications:

The individual should possess the following attributes:

• Keen attention to detail when performing daily/routine tasks

• Team player who can collaborate with other teams in the organization

• Self-motivated

•  Ability to take on multiple tasks

• Organized and effectively plans activities/deliverables for the month

Work Experience:

•  4-year college degree

•  At least 1 year work experience of similar job nature

•  knowledge of SAP SD modules is a plus
