You will drive all aspects of solutions life cycle from definition to ultimate delivery and client success. This position is integral to our success in delivering best-in-class solutions to clients. You will work with the solution leader for LTSS Solutions to establish the product roadmap, engage with clients and prospects, and help lead the go to market strategy.

Key Activities:

  • Responsible for formulating long and short-term solution strategies and proposed roadmaps for specific solution areas.
  • Validate and specify market requirements by conducting market research supported by visits to clients and non-clients and collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Translate client feedback and market trends into clearly defined phased releases.
  • Effectively communicate solution strategy, plans, and roadmaps to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with development team(s) to deliver features from detailed requirements and prototypes.
  • Bring detailed eye for user experience and design to ensure features drive high adoption and client enthusiasm.
  • Collaborate with solution marketing to generate client-facing collateral to drive sales and increase demand.
  • Work with third party vendors to define interfaces; coordinate the resolution of client issues related to interfaces with vendor offerings.
  • Recognized as expert in specific client needs for assigned solutions.
  • Support and mentor more junior teammates by providing resources and direction regarding product, process, or client and market needs.

 Required Qualifications:

  • Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in healthcare information technology, project management, sales, or consulting.
  • 3+ years of product management experience.
  • 1+ year of experience managing a team.
  • Proficient in facilitating roadmap discussions and utilizing roadmap management tools.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite Applications.
  • Expertise in working effectively across disciplines and organizational boundaries to gain timely closure on decisions that impact own project/solution/portfolio. Ability to ask the right questions to resolve issues and apply creative solutions to meet project objectives.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree or clinical degree with workflow experience.
  • Direct prior work experience in healthcare information technology, or with state or local Human Services, Aging and Disability, and/or Long-Term Services and Supports (LTSS) agencies.
  • Experience using JIRA, Confluence, Miro, Figma, Visio, or other solution mapping or development documentation tools and systems.
  • Software-integration experience, including designing APIs according to HL7 FHIR standards.

Prior experience with software design incorporating WCAG 2.2 Level AA accessibility standards.
