Qualifications:

• Doctoral degree in Medicine (MD or DO)
• Current, valid license to practice medicine in the state of Texas, issued by the Texas Medical Board
• Board certification in the applicable specialty, or active pursuit of board certification through the appropriate specialty board of the American Board of Medical Specialties or the Bureau of Osteopathic Specialists (where applicable)
