Auto Dialer System Admin

What You Will Do

• System Configuration: Set up and configure the collections dialer system to align with organizational policies and strategies.
• User Management: Create, modify, and delete user accounts in the dialer system, ensuring appropriate access levels and permissions.
• Support and Collaboration: Provide troubleshooting or gather any issues that arise from collection operational and quick pass on the issue to developer to get quick resolutions.
• Reporting : Additionally, Provides daily/weekly/monthly reports on auto dialer performance in a timely and accurate

What You Will Need

• Minimum a Bachelor's Degree in computer science or related discipline
• Or at least have 1 years of experience as system admin in Collections team in banking/fintech/startup
• Proficiency in collection dialer system.
• Strong problem-solving skills to address system issues.
• Good communication skills. This will be needed when communicating with the MIS team, collection agent/TL and vendors.
• Basic knowledge of database management and reporting tools.
• Available to work on weekends and holidays as needed, should the collection team require support on those days

In the coming year, in light of our new GoTo collaboration, we have exciting plans to scale up our team in efforts to field the massive growth of our data pool.
