The Asset Operations Management teams are responsible for a variety of functions that support both the Receive Alternative Payment Agile Release Train and Receive Claim Payment Agile Release Train within the Provider Manage Finance Experience Group. The Automation and Reporting Advisor will work closely with the Asset Operations Management team to identify efficiencies and process improvement within our Business Acceptance Testing and our Business Rules and Asset Configuration processes.
Job activities include, 1) Define, write and manage source-specific requirements that supports the build of testing and business process automation, 2) Define and design operational and business reports using identified (SAS, Toad, PDM, Tableau) and/or other reporting tools and systems, 3) Provide hands on automation and/or report training, documentation, guidance and support to end-users, and 4) Define, write and manage business requirements in to support of any automation needs across the organization.
The incumbent will be responsible to continually expand their knowledge of supported assets, business rules and configuration in order to deliver innovative solutions. Current assets managed by this team include, but not limited to: Pega Enterprise Pricing Service, Pega Maximum Reimbursable Charge, Stand Alone NetworX Pricer, and Optum; however the team may take in additional assets as needed to support the business. The role may focus on an entire asset, portions of an asset, or new incoming assets in the future.

This role is Flex/WAH which allows most work to be performed at home or on occasion at a Cigna office location. Employees must be fully vaccinated if they choose to come onsite.
If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.
For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 78,300 - 130,500 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.

Responsibilities:
- Define and Manage business rules and requirements to support automation needs within the Asset Operations Management
- Recognized internally as an automation/reports subject matter expert
- Serves as a SME for system development and/or enhancement projects for new or existing applications/processes
- Analyzes, defines and translates business requirements into detailed configuration of business rules
- Exercises considerable creativity, foresight, and judgment in conceiving, planning, and delivering initiatives.
- Focuses on providing thought leadership within Asset Operations Management but works on broader projects, which require understanding of wider business
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher strongly preferred or eqivalent work experience required.
- 2+ years of experience in a related performance reporting/analytics role, or 5+ years of experience in a related Healthcare environment with two yrs experience in performance reporting
- Prior experience or working knowledge of provider reimbursement and/or claims payment and pricing methodologies preferred
- Experience using and designing data extract process flows and tools such as SAS, Tableau Prep, SQL, etc required
- Experience using Unified Functional Testing software or another automation framework software preferred.
- Related experience leading operational performance intelligence initiatives and creating reporting structure
- Related experience executing in an Agile environment preferred
