We are looking for a dedicated Automation Tester in Python to enhance our development team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the integrity and performance of our software solutions through rigorous automated testing. This position is ideal for a detail-oriented professional passionate about ensuring software reliability and effectiveness through state-of-the-art testing practices.

• Design, develop, and execute automated tests using Python
• Identify, record, and document thoroughly any bugs encountered
• Collaborate with the development team to resolve any issues that arise during testing
• Maintain and improve the automation framework to accommodate future tests
• Analyze test results, report outcomes, and recommend improvements
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends in testing and automation
• Mentor junior testers in the team, guiding them on best practices in automation

• At least 2 years of experience as an Automation Tester specializing in Python
• Proficient with testing frameworks such as Pytest and unittest for creating and managing automated test suites
• Strong understanding of SQL for database interaction
• Experienced in Agile methodologies and comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional team environment
• Proficient in using Jira or similar Agile project management tools to track and manage tasks
• In-depth knowledge of defect management processes to identify, track, and resolve issues efficiently
• Advanced skills in writing comprehensive test scripts and detailed test reports
• Excellent communication skills, capable of conveying complex information clearly and persuasively
• Proficient in English, with a B2 or higher level of proficiency

• Experience with Azure data processing solutions
• Knowledge of JMeter and performance testing techniques
• Understanding of Big Data concepts and how they apply to testing
• Familiarity with ETL pipeline testing to ensure data integrity and processing
• Experience in testing data migration projects to ensure data accuracy and completeness
• Proficient in using Azure DevOps (ADO) for managing lifecycle of software development projects
