Job Summary
We are seeking enthusiastic and motivated people to join our dynamic team atVan Chevrolet. As a Car Salesperson, you will be responsible for assisting customers in selecting and purchasing vehicles that meet their needs and preferences. This role requires excellent communication skills, a customer-focused mindset, and a passion for sales. Key Responsibilities
• Greet and engage customers in a friendly and professional manner to understand their vehicle needs and preferences.
• Provide detailed information about vehicle features, specifications, pricing, and financing options forVan Chevrolet, and other models in our inventory.
• Conduct test drives with customers and address any questions or concerns they may have.
• Negotiate sales terms, including pricing, trade-ins, and financing, to close deals effectively.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to the overall success ofVan Chevrolet
• Follow up with prospective and existing customers to build long-term relationships and generate repeat business or referrals.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge ofVan Chevroletcurrent inventory, promotions, and industry trends.
• Complete all necessary paperwork and documentation accurately for vehicle sales and financing agreements.
• Collaborate with the sales team, finance department, and service staff to ensure a seamless customer experience.
• Adhere toVan Chevroletpolicies, procedures, and ethical sales practices.
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent (some college or relevant sales training is a plus).
• Proven sales experience, preferably in automotive sales or a related field (not required but preferred).
• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to work weekends, evenings, and holidays as needed in a retail sales environment.
• Basic computer skills for managing customer data and completing sales transactions.

Compensation
• Competitive base salary plus commission and bonuses based on sales performance.
• Potential earnings: $40,000 - $150,000+ annually, depending on sales.
