Compensation Overview
The annual base salary range provided for this position is a nationwide market range and represents a broad range of salaries for this role across the country. The actual salary for this position will be determined by a number of factors, including the scope, complexity and location of the role; the skills, education, training, credentials and experience of the candidate; and other conditions of employment. As part of our comprehensive compensation and benefits program, employees are also eligible for performance-based cash incentive awards.
Salary Range
$152,300.00 - $251,300.00

What Is the Opportunity?
As the AVP, Digital Analytics, will play a pivotal role in being a strategic thought leader focused on developing and driving the Digital Analytics strategy across the Enterprise. As part of that strategy, the candidate will champion the rationalization of our Digital Analytics tools and technologies focused on collecting, analyzing, and reporting of digital data from multiple sources, including web, mobile, social media, and other digital platforms. In addition, the role will work cross-functionally with application development teams while leading a team of implementation specialists to design and implement tag management solutions that align to the evolving legislative and industry privacy trends.What Will You Do?
- Partner and influence peers and leaders across the organization in implementing strategic initiatives leveraging digital analytics capabilities.
- Leads design and development of measurement strategies, collecting, and translating data to deliver on actionable insights for Traveler's digital products and features.
- Manage the implementation and configuration of digital analytics tools such as Tealium, Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, and other relevant tools ensuring accurate and efficient data collection across various digital platforms.
- Work closely with other functional and enterprise areas on best practices, alignment with technologies and approaches.
- Understand external business drivers and best practices and implement them into the organization as appropriate.
- Foster and maintain partnerships with internal and external organizations to orchestrate the most effective methods of value delivery.
- Align solution design to enterprise data management, security, and governance controls.
- Influence senior management over the need to allocate time for data stewardship.
- Provide guidance and coaching for team members; guide your team to advance their subject matter expertise and to identify future leaders to meet Travelers' business objectives.
- Partner with Customer Experience, Legal and Compliance organizations in order to align to Legislative & Privacy industry changes.

- Demonstrated experience in developing and planning effective strategies, with the ability to lead a team to implement those strategies.
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to influence and interact with all levels of the organization.
- Experience leading teams of direct reports as well as leading cross-functional working groups.
- Strong business acumen, with the ability to problem-solve, think critically, and operate strategically across the enterprise.
- Ability to drive and set broad digital analytics data strategies.
- Expert change leadership skills with the ability to create an inclusive environment, manage conflict and develop solutions to mitigate risk.
- Forward thinker with the ability to bring industry best practices and regulatory knowledge to the table in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
- Deep technical proficiency of cloud data platforms and digital analytic tools and capabilities.
What is a Must Have?
- Bachelor's degree or seven years equivalent experience with business intelligence tools, techniques, manipulation, or related.
