Azure Marketplace Analyst

The Azure Marketplace Analyst is a key part of the Nuance team as we scale our ability to bring products to market via the Microsoft Azure Marketplace ("AMP"). You will interact with internal teams and customers to configure the offerings sold to the customer in AMP, and ensure a smooth transition from sales to deployment to ongoing maintenance.
Responsibilities include:

• Master the creation, configuration, ongoing management and support of Azure Marketplace Public and Private Offers and associated Plans. Support the sales and operational efforts, ensuring all internal controls are followed and documented.
• Prepare customers for successful onboarding by interacting directly with customers to lead the trial run and education sessions when subscribing to AMP Private Offers and Plans.
• Management and entry of transactional (metered) data, as applicable to a specific customer deal arrangement.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and/or automate the AMP, and lead such opportunities as needed.
• Partner with Marketing to maintain current marketing collateral for Nuance products in the AMP.
• Work with Solution Architects to educate them on the appropriate structure of AMP invoicing and verify that the deal structure proposed by sales is appropriate for AMP.
• Work in collaboration with multiple stakeholders including sales, finance, product management, channel management, operations, order management, renewals, marketing.

• Experience in business process engineering is a plus.
• Project Management experience or PMP certification is a plus.
• Azure Marketplace experience is a plus.
