THE OPPORTUNITY

We are hiring a B2B Growth Marketing Manager to our SMB Marketing team in São Paulo! 

As the SMB Growth Marketing Manager at Wellhub, your primary mission will be to spearhead lead-generation initiatives that attract and engage SMB companies in Brazil to have Wellhub as their first wellbeing corporate benefit choice. Your role will involve developing and refining the go-to-market (GTM) strategy, exploring and testing new top-of-funnel (ToFu) channels, and evolving our lead generation and CRM strategies to ensure a steady pipeline of high-quality leads.

YOUR IMPACT

  • Design and implement a comprehensive go-to-market (GTM) strategy aimed at generating high-quality leads for potential SMB clients. This includes identifying ways to reach our target audience, understanding client needs, and finding creative ways to promote our value proposition.
  • Innovate and experiment with a variety of new top-of-funnel (ToFu) channels and tools to maximize lead generation, such as landing pages, Chatbot, webinars, and co-marketing initiatives. 
  • Oversee and optimize our CRM strategy. Develop, execute, and continuously refine this to ensure efficient use of emails and WhatsApp channels to drive more qualified leads for Sales.
  • Track, measure, and report on the performance of lead generation activities. Use data-driven insights to make informed decisions and continuously improve marketing tactics.
  • Work closely with the sales, marketing and other internal teams to ensure alignment of marketing efforts with overall business objectives. Foster a collaborative environment to drive collective success.
  • Support the paid media team with insights and inputs to ensure efficient use of budget and maximum return on investment.

WHO YOU ARE

  • Prior experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or a related field, with a proven track record of generating high-quality leads and driving business growth. Previous experience with coordinating or managing people is a plus.
  • Strong strategic thinking and planning skills, with the ability to develop and execute effective marketing strategies that align with business goals.
  • Demonstrated experience with a variety of marketing channels, including content marketing, email, social media, paid media, and more. Ability to explore and test new channels for lead generation.
  • Experience with workflows on Hubspot or similar marketing automation platforms to continue to improve our nurturing strategy. 
  • Proficient in using data and analytics tools to measure performance, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions. Familiarity with marketing analytics and automation platforms and tools.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across teams and build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
