Job Description
Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Bank Account Oversight Manager to lead a team responsible for the opening, maintenance, and closing of enterprise bank accounts globally. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial services and exceptional leadership skills. A keen eye for detail and a solid understanding of risk awareness are crucial to ensure compliance and mitigate potential issues. Experience in bank account management is preferred.
Core Responsibilities
1. Hires, evaluates, and supervises crew. Provides guidance and training as necessary to develop crew. Sets performance standards, reviews performance, and makes informed compensation decisions in accordance with all applicable Human Resources policies and procedures.

2. Oversees and performs the opening, maintenance, and closing of enterprise bank accounts globally, ensuring all processes are completed accurately and efficiently.
3. Ensures all account management activities comply with regional regulatory requirements and SOX controls.
4. Builds and maintains relationships across sub-divisions and both internal and external partners to support the bank account management function.
5. Identifies opportunities to streamline account management processes and implement best practices.
6. Participates in special projects and performs other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Minimum of three years related work experience. Two years of managing a team preferred. Financial Services or function-specific experience preferred.
- Proven leadership experience, with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and compliance in the financial industry.
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent combination of training and experience.
