Brighton Beach House…

Set on the seafront with views of the pier, Brighton Beach House spans two floors and features Art Deco inspired interiors, a rooftop terrace and a banana shaped pool specially design by artist David Shrigley. The club menu has been specially created for Brighton, with a focus on seafood while the dining room serves Mediterranean inspired dishes. The club also features fitness facilities including free weights, cardio areas, a sauna and steam room.

The Role… 

We are seeking an experienced Bartender to join our team at Brighton Beach House (BN2 1AY). As a Bartender with Soho House, your role is to make sure that our members have an amazing experience every time. Possessing natural hospitality charm, we will give you a platform to connect, grow, have fun and make an impact. Your main responsibilities are serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, food (when needed) and providing excellent service to members, creating memorable experiences. Other duties include mixing cocktails, preparing the bar for service and ensuring it is in pristine condition. 

What we are looking for...

• 1-2 years’ experience in a busy high-profile bar.
• Experience and knowledge of classic cocktails.
• Team player who communicates well with all colleagues
• Punctual, reliable and trustworthy
• Sense of urgency
• Yes, yes, yes mentality
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Have a genuine passion for food and beverage
• Flexible and available to working both opening and closing shifts when required

Mon – Thurs – 8am – 11pm

Fri - Sat - 8am - 1am

Sunday – 8am – 1am
