JOB DESCRIPTION

1. Customer user creation

2. Department purchases

3. User creation in SAP/Geode/Web.

4. Permission management on File Server.

5. Automated Jobs Daily verification (e.g.: Invoices in Web, CBO’s files, MOVI Alerts)

6. Geode jobs status.

7. Geode Backup verification

8. Web Server status (Interfaces, disc occupancy, etc.).

9. Support on Web Development and documentation.

10. Support on label development..

11. Support on writing XCN14 workflows.

12. Support on follow up of department KPI’s (VSL and VIQCT).

13. Support on department documentation.

14. User support as directed by the IS Team.
