Join our People, Places, and Systems Group as part of the Prosper Team as a Benefits Analyst. The Prosper team’s mission is to inspire employees to achieve their fullest potential by offering innovative and competitive total rewards that support financial, mental, and physical wellbeing. The role will support the U.S. and Global Benefits Program Managers and report to the Director of Global Benefits.
This position is hybrid and located in San Mateo, California.
You will:
- Support the execution of Roblox’s global benefit strategies and programs
- Respond to employee benefit issues and questions
- Assist in administration of time off and leaves of absence programs
- Collaborate with vendors, brokers, and consultants
- Support benefit RFPs, vendor selection, contracting, and ongoing monitoring of plans
- Partner with People team, Payroll, Finance, Legal, and employees
- Identify gaps in processes and make recommendations for improvements in benefits delivery
- Create and update documentation and company benefit policies to ensure compliance of plans
- Develop and execute benefit communications
You have:
- 2+ years of experience in supporting benefit programs, benefits consulting, or a similar applicable field
- Knowledge of Google Suite, Workday (HCM and Benefits modules), and Zendesk
- Ability to drive improvements and continuously simplify processes with automation
- Understanding of benefit laws and regulations to drive compliance efforts
- Skills to be a critical thinker and problem solver
- The capability to manage multiple programs and projects simultaneously, and be self-directed
For roles that are based at our headquarters in San Mateo, CA: The starting base pay for this position is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. All full-time employees are also eligible for equity compensation and for benefits.
Roles that are based in our San Mateo, CA Headquarters are in-office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with optional in-office on Monday and Friday (unless otherwise noted).
