We’re looking for a driven individual wanting to advance their accounting career as a Billing Specialist on our Quote to Cash Team!

Your impact 
  • Manage case review and volume to ensure delivery of SLA.
  • Review and prepare audit reporting of orders.
  • Prepare aging summary and reconciliation. 
  • Oversee collections process and continue to drive efficiency on cash collection.
  • Be a trusted source of knowledge that other team members and business partners can rely on.
  • Foster a team environment that encourages collaboration, innovation, and individual growth, where team members feel valued and supported. 
  • Own the scoping and planning projects, solving project-specific problems while looking to streamline and automate at scale.
  • Apply functional knowledge, guidance, and experience to projects, including feedback from senior team members. 
  • Work on problems of moderate scope where analysis of situations or data requires a review of various factors to support compliance and audit requirements.

Qualifications 
  • 2+ years of SaaS customer representative experience.
  • Ability to develop trust and strong working relationships.
  • Ability and resilience to work in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Proven record of success dealing with customers and DSO.
  • Solid understanding of technical applications such as MS Office Suite, Google Suite, Salesforce.com, and Zoom.

Compensation & Benefits
The base salary that we reasonably expect to pay for this role is: $50,000 - $65,000.
The actual base salary for this role will be determined by a variety of factors, including but not limited to: the candidate’s skills, education, experience, etc. 
Please note that base pay is one important aspect of a compelling Total Rewards package. The base pay range indicated here does not include any additional benefits or bonuses/commissions that you may be eligible for based on your role and/or employment type.
