Job Description

AECOM is seeking a BIM Manager to be based remote in support of client's BIM and VDC needs

The job responsibilities of the position include:

• A detailed and service oriented self starter, owning the timeliness and quality of Virtual Design & Construction (VDC) solutions and services

• Thrive in a cross functional, highly matrixed environment with minimal management to support client BIM and VDC needs.

• Be a fast learner towards being a "best in class" BIM processes Subject Matter Expert (SME) in a Data Center Program

• Define and communicate VDC/BIM requirements/standards to both internal and external teams.

• Propose efficient BIM solutions

• Serve as a single point of contact and manage relationships with both internal and external stakeholders.

• Collaborate and actively contribute to maintaining program VDC/BIM standards and processes

• Creating and maintaining program information and documentation including project timelines, detailed schedules, and charts to create an easy to understand reporting style.

Qualifications

Minimum Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree plus 8 years of relevant experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
  • Have a valid passport and the ability to travel if needed.
Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Architecture.
  • Strong familiarity with G Suite products (gSheets, gDocs, gSlides, etc.) and Microsoft Office Suite of products.
  • Graphic design skills, experience using Adobe Creative Suite is a plus.
  • Excellent hands-on experience with large scale BIMs as an author and strategic leader.
  • SME with Revit, B360, and Navisworks.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to visually present data.
  • Familiarity with data center systems and processes is a plus.
  • Proficiency using spreadsheets to manage large amounts of data.
  • Ability to support multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to determine what is most important and prioritize tasks based on business impact and needs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Multitasking and time management in a fast-paced environment.
  • Be able to work in a team environment or independently.
  • Be able to bring innovation to existing processes and procedures.

Offered rate of compensation (Colorado locations only) will be based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. The salary range for this position is $100,000-$104,000.
