Essential Responsibilities

β€’ Perform/check composite blade repairs according to the specified instructions.

β€’ Prepare applicable service documentation and service reports including details of repairs.

β€’ EHS responsible for all GE and local / regulatory obligation during execution time

β€’ Ensure customer site rules, company regulations, policies and procedures are being always followed.
β€’ Blade inspection Periodically
β€’ Engineering communication for blade issues
β€’ Follow-up all blade issues internally and externally
β€’ Follow-up repairs
β€’ Follow up ongoing all RCAs
β€’ Organize blade repair by following correct procedure.

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • 2 years experience with laminate repairs (preferred blade repairs).
  • Professional Bachelor Degree or Equivalent Education.
  • Capability to understand mechanical/electrical diagram.
  • Rope Access Certification is Preferred but not mandatory.
  • Willing to travel abroad more than 90 % of the working time.

  • Proven experience in leading field service team;
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills;
  • Willingness to travel;
  • flexibility required;
  • Advanced computer skills with Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project and Microsoft Access;
  • Basic Workplace First Aid
