StartDate: 8/12/2025 Available Shifts: 7.5 D Pay Rate: $1921.40 ‐ $2105.37

AMN Healthcare is partnering with a Wilmington, DE school district to hire a qualified Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to work with one of the top districts in the area, providing services to children of all ages. Generally, the BCBA will conduct assessments, create individualized treatment plans, manage behavior intervention plans, and collaborate with students' families, school staff, and other support systems in education and advocacy. nResponsibilities for this role include: n•u0009Partner with the district as a member of a collaborative team to help students achieve their academic, social, and behavioral goals.•u0009Screen and evaluate students referred to behavioral intervention and treatment. •u0009Appropriately collect data, report findings.•u0009Provide evidence‐based, direct, and consultative behavioral therapy services as required.•u0009Maintain accurate documentation and billing per district and state standards. •u0009Provide training and resources to teachers and staff on effective strategies to improve treatment and instill behavior analysis principles in everyday situations.•u0009Participate on a collaborative team and maintain clear communication with teachers, district staff, and families regarding student performance. nBenefits BoxnSchool Behavior Analyst (BCBA) assignments are typically 9 months in length but can vary from 4 to 26 weeks (about 6 months) depending on the contract. Required Qualifications
Behavior Analyst, School

•u0009Current Certification as BCBA issued by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board
•u0009Active BCBA Certification in DE
•u0009At least 1,500 hours of supervised field work
•u0009Clear, articulate communication skills
•u0009Ability to explain results to a varied audience
•u0009Candidates with previous school experience a plus!
•u0009Completion of a criminal record and background check
