Are you a dedicated Hospitalist passionate about providing high-quality, inpatient care to Veterans in a dynamic teaching environment? The VA Caribbean Healthcare System (San Juan VA Medical Center) is seeking Board-Certified Hospitalists (Internal Medicine) to join our team in San Juan, Puerto Rico. This is a unique opportunity to serve our nation’s heroes while enjoying the vibrant culture and natural beauty of the Caribbean.

    • Structured yet flexible to ensure work-life balance.

Who We’re Looking For:

  • Board-Certified in Internal Medicine or Hospital Medicine (required).
  • Experience in inpatient/acute care settings (preferred).
  • Fluent in Spanish (essential for patient care).
  • Strong teamwork & leadership skills—must thrive in a teaching hospital environment.
